1. Shipping Areas

Currently, we offer shipping only within Pakistan. We do not provide international delivery at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
Order Processing Time: 24 hours. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Note: During peak seasons or promotional sales, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

3. Shipping Charges

Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 200 for orders below PKR 999.
Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 999.

These partners ensure timely and secure delivery across Pakistan.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive:

A tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor your order status.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged or lost during delivery:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We will investigate the issue and either re-ship your order or offer a refund/store credit, based on the situation.
