Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Albarqah. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days (after order confirmation) depending on your location.

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Note: During high-demand seasons or sale periods, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 200 on all orders below PKR 999.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in Pakistan Only.


4. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable courier services such as PostEx. to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email.

  • You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your order in real-time.


6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer (details shared on request)

  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Credit/Debit Card (via secure checkout gateways)


7. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your order within the specified time:

  • Please contact our customer support at support@albarqah.com or call us at +92-3338209078.

  • We will track your shipment and resolve the issue promptly.


8. Incomplete or Wrong Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate an investigation and either:

  • Re-ship the product

  • Or issue a refund/store credit based on the situation
